PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the roles and permissions associated with your account, you may or may not have access to this feature.
Those with the "Brick Institutional Admin" role can promote Lists to the Organization or School Page.
While anyone can create a List and add Bricks to their List, only those with the Brick Institutional Admin role will see the option to display the list on the Organization's page displays on the List modal.
- To display a List on the Organization page, go to the Lists page & edit your list.
- At the bottom, there are two checkboxes.
- Make list public
- Promote list to organization page
- To promote your list to your organization page, you must select the 'Make list public' option first. This option is what enables the 'Promote list to organization page' option.
- During this process, you also have the option to add a list image.
Once your list is saved, it displays on your organization page, as follows:
You can delete a list and you can also uncheck the 'promote list to organization page' option. This will prevent it from displaying on the Organization page.
