How to Add Interactive Item in a Brick

You can add interactive items to your Brick, i.e. Active Learning Questions, Flash Cards, etc. 

To add a new interactive items, start a new section in your Brick:

1. Hover over the right side of the section where you would like to insert your new items. A menu will appear.

2. Click on the + sign to Add Item

3. You will see a new section appear. Click on the + sign on the left to expand a menu. 

4. Hover over each icon to get more information. Once you see the type of item you would like to add, click on it and it will be inserted into your Brick. 

Example 1:

To add an image, click on the Add Image Icon. You will will be prompted to upload a file from your computer. 

Example 2:

To add a Flash Card, click on the Add Card Icon. 

A Flash Card will be inserted into your Brick. By default, the front of the card is presented first. Enter the information you would like on the front of the card. You can add text, an image, equation OR make it a mnemonic. 

Once you the front of the card is finished, click the card to enter the answer on the back of the card.
