Intralinking in Bricks Create

Brick authors can create a link to another section within the same brick making it easy for readers to ‘jump to’ related brick data.

To link a brick section to another section within the same brick, perform the following steps.

1. Click and drag to select the desired text. Once you have highlighted the desired text, a toolbar will display.

2. Click the drop-down menu and then click the ‘link to section’ option.

 An instruction modal displays at the bottom of the page.

 3. Click the section to link to & then click the ‘Confirm’ button to complete the link or click ‘Cancel’ to cancel linking.

When clicked, the selected word or phrase provides a method for the reader to ‘jump to’ the linked section.

To unlink a previously linked section, perform the following steps.

1. Select the text to display the toolbar.

2. Click the drop-down menu, then click the ‘Link section’ option. The text will become unlinked.
