How do I view and manage Smart Notes?

If you want to view or manage your Smart Notes, go to the left-hand menu of the screen and look for the icon with a pencil. 

From here, you can choose to Manage Notes or Manage Highlights.

Manage Notes

From the Manage Notes section, you can:

• Go to the Options button and
  • Add a new notes
  • Add a new notebook
• Filter notes by
  • Hashtags
  • Tool Location (e.g., Express Video, Rx Brick)
  • Notebook
  • Date Range
• Sort Notes by
  • Most Notes
  • Created Date
• Search Notes

You can also open any of the notes by clicking on the title of the content or the note.  This will take you to the actual content, such as the Express Video or Brick.

You can also select the three dots icon on the right side of the note to edit the note or add it to a notebook.

Manage Highlights

If you want to view the content you've highlighted in USMLE-Rx, select Manage Highlights.  From here, you can:

• Sort By:
  • Most Highlighted (e.g., you may have a brick with multiple highlights)
  • Created Date
• Search Highlights
• Filter Highlights by:
  • Highlight Color
  • Tool Location
  • Date Range

While you can find highlights from this view, you will need to click on the highlight to be taken to the location in USMLE-Rx where the content resides.  From here, you can remove the highlight.
