Detaching and Moving Annotations

There may be times where you create an annotation to clarify a point within a brick, only to find that it might be more helpful if it was located at a different part of the brick.  To make this change, you will need to first detach and then move the annotation.

To do this, click on the vertical dot icon in the upper righthand corner of the annotation and select Detach/Move (make sure you're doing this on a desktop or laptop, since it won't work properly on your phone or tablet).  Once you've done this, a panel will slide in from the left, listing this and any other detached annotations.  

To move and reattach the annotation, just drag it from the Detached Annotations panel and place it on the text or image where you want it to appear.

Once you publish it, the annotation will appear in the new location for your students to view.
