Educators are able to leverage the existing bricks from the Rx Bricks Digital Library and edit and customize them to meet the needs of their curriculum. Additionally, with Rx Bricks Create, the new brick authoring tool, educators can modify existing bricks and create bricks from scratch.
ScholarRx has made it even easier to customize and personalize the Bricks for you and your students. There are three ways that you can create custom bricks.
- Annotate an existing brick from the RxBricks Digital Library (see related article: ScholarRx Bricks: Introducing the Brick Annotation Tool).
- Clone an existing brick from the RxBricks Digital Library and modify it with the Rx Bricks Create tool (see related article: Rx Bricks Create: How to Clone a Brick).
- Create a brick from scratch with the Rx Bricks Create tool (see related article: Rx Bricks Create: How Do I Create a Brick from Scratch?)
Please note:, since Rx Bricks Create allows for such a high degree of customization of bricks in the Rx Bricks Digital Library as well as the creation of your own bricks, annotations are not an available feature in cloned bricks or bricks created from scratch.
