How the USMLE-Rx Pass the Boards Guarantee Work

The USMLE-Rx Pass the Boards Guarantee provides a subscription extension if you do not pass the USMLE while using the corresponding USMLE-Rx product and meet the eligibility requirements.

If your request is approved the subscription will be extended for the same length of time as your original subscription, and applies to the same USMLE-Rx product you were using. You may choose to extend your existing subscription and retain your test history, or start a new subscription without prior test history

Eligibility Requirements

You may be eligible for a subscription extension if your subscription was active and paid within 7 days of your USMLE test date. 

For the request, you must submit:

• A copy of your failing USMLE score
• The NBME scheduling permit for the exam you did not pass
• The NBME scheduling permit for your next scheduled USMLE exam

Limitations

• Limit one extension per paid subscription. 
• The offer does not apply to gift or scholarship accounts. 
• The offer is void if the USMLE examination was not completed.
