How to Suspend Your Subscription

If you need to step away from your studies for a period of time, you may temporarily suspend your USMLE-Rx subscription for 30 days. Each subscription can be suspended only once.

When you suspend your subscription:

• It automatically resumes after 30 days, or you may resume it manually at any time during the suspension period

• No study time is lost. All your data remains exactly as you left it. 

Suspend your subscription

1. From your dashboard, click on Manage My Subscriptions, at the bottom of the dashboard.

   

   
   2. You will be directed to the Subscription Management page. Click Suspend for the subscription you want to suspend, and then click Confirm when prompted.

Rules and Restrictions

• The suspension option can be used only once. 
• This option is available only to users with individually purchased subscriptions. If your institution provides access to USMLE-Rx, this option is not available.
