You may occasionally encounter a content error or technical issue while using the USMLE-Rx. This article explains the available options for reporting an issue.
If you are experiencing a technical problem, first try refreshing your browser or restarting your device. If the issue persists, proceed with reporting it.
Option 1: Report an Issue In-Product
You can report issues directly from within the platform. After completing any supported resource (Rx Bricks, Qmax questions, Flash Facts, or Express Videos), use the Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down icon associated with the content. Enter the details and click Submit.
You can also submit specific feedback by selecting a word or sentence and choosing the Exclamation Point icon from the text selection menu,
After submission, you will receive a confirmation that the issue was reported. Due to the volume of feedback received, individual responses are not guaranteed.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you are unable to report the issue in-product or need additional assistance, fill out the support request form (link). Make sure to include the following information:
The email address associated with your USMLE-Rx account
A detailed description of the issue
Screenshots, if applicable
Support requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Additional information may be requested if needed.
