Assignments and question pools are now managed through an upgraded experience integrated in the Faculty Portal. The legacy Qmax Management tool will be discontinued on June 30, 2026.
In Qmax Management, faculty can assign questions as low-stakes quizzes to help students regularly assess their understanding. A question pool organizes assessment items for future use.
Access Pool Management
From the Faculty Dashboard,
Select the grid icon, then choose Qmax Faculty to open the legacy tool.
On the Qmax Management page, select the three-line menu in the upper-left corner.
Choose Pool Management. Existing question pools are displayed.
Add Pool Questions to a Test
Select the desired pool, then open the Manage Questions tab.
Select one or more questions, then choose Select a Test and Add Questions to an existing test.
