Qmax Cumulative Analysis provides a summary of your performance over time, including predicted score trends, question usage, and recent activity.
Access Cumulative Analysis
From the USMLE-Rx dashboard, select the Qmax question icon in the sidebar, then choose Cumulative Analysis to get started.
At the top of the page, you'll see: Predicted Score, Overall Performance and Recent Activity.
Predicted Score
The predicted score is calculated using your responses from the past 15 days, along with performance on eligible practice exams. Self-Assessment Exams scores are not included.
To generate a predicted score, you must answer at least 200 questions within the 15-day window. If it reads "insufficient data" you haven't met the threshold and need to take more tests. The score updates once every 24 hours.
Overall Performance
Overall Performance shows how many questions you have answered correctly, incorrectly, and left unanswered. The outer ring of the graph represents how much of the Qmax question bank you have completed.
This metric is based on individual question responses, not test-level scores.
Recent Activity
Recent activity lets you see how many questions you've answered recently. You can adjust the filter to see how many you've answered today, over the past 7 days, or over the past 30 days.
Performance by Discipline and Organ System
Below the topline metrics, you can review your performance by discipline and organ system. This view shows:
The number of questions answered
Percentage answered correctly
Total question usage within each category
This breakdown helps identify areas with limited exposure versus areas with lower accuracy.
