If your institution partners with ScholarRx, you will receive instructions by email explaining how to access your account. Refer to those instructions and the article How to Activate Your ScholarRx Account before proceeding.
If the issues persist, this article outlines common issues that may occur when activating your account and provides troubleshooting steps.
Already Have a ScholarRx Account
If a ScholarRx account was previously created using the institutional email address, sign in to the existing account credentials. The system allows students to convert their private accounts into institutional accounts, preserving their existing data while granting their institution administrative access.
Email Address Is Not Being Accepted
Institutional onboarding links are typically associated with specific email domains. If your email address is not accepted verify that you are using your institutional email address and check for spelling errors or an incorrect email domain.
Contact your Cohort Manager if your institution uses multiple email domains or if you believe your email address should be eligible.
Only Able to Access Free Content
If your institution provides access to ScholarRx, you should use the onboarding process provided by your institution to ensure the correct access permissions are applied.
If you created a free ScholarRx account instead of using your institution's onboarding process, you may not have access to institution-provided content. Contact your Cohort Manager for assistance activating the correct account.
Unable to Access Assigned Content
Students who have not verified their email address may appear in institutional rosters but may not have access to assigned content.
If assigned tests or other course content are not available:
- Confirm that you activated your account using your institution's onboarding process.
- Verify that you completed the email verification process
- Check with your instructor to confirm that the content has been assigned to you.
Verification Email Not Received
If you are creating a ScholarRx account for the first time, you may be required to verify your email address before your account is activated. If you do not receive a verification email:
- Check the spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that the correct email address was entered during account setup
- Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
